Famous Women Chess Players 2

Famous Women Chess Players 2 continues listing some of the best women players in the game. Most of the women listed here are in the top 100 of all women players, but we will also acknowledge any good women player who shows a strong aptitude for the game of chess.

Women are starting to show that they can no longer be overlooked in this game which is mainly played by men. We have seen that some of these women can and do hold their own against some of the best male players in the game.

We welcome you ladies and your contributions to the game of chess. It is so refreshing when you attend a tournament that has women players attending. The door to the game of chess is always opened for you. Now get out there and show us that women can be just as good as men at this game.

(The world's top female player, Judit Polgar, is by far the strongest female player the world has ever known and the only female player in the top 100 at the time of this writing.)
